Iron source - parsley

It took awhile to aquire a taste for them but now my favorite greens are now

cilantro and parsley. I often eat a whole bunch of one of them each day.

 

I remember reading that parsley is a good source of iron and nutridiary says

199 grams (about 4 ounces) gives 34 % of the RDA for iron.

Bill,

Did you find some way to prepare them or did you just 'acquire

taste' by eating them plain and learning to like them that way.
