Rich: Sure, I eat raw plant food, any and every. If you want specifics, I'll go through everything I can think of or have in the refrigerator that I eat. Sweet potatoes, peas, stringbeans, broccoli, celery, apples, oranges, all fruit, melon, bananas, etc., tomato, spinach, lettuce, carrot, squash, cucumber, mushrooms, bell pepper, avocado, corn. That's most of them I guess. I tend to just rotate through all of them. I'll eat some of various items at each meal. And raw nuts too, hazelnuts, macadamias, cashews, peanuts, pistachios, almonds, walnuts. Whatever's easy and accessible in the stores for raw plant food. I rely pretty heavily on the avocado, I forgot dates. I eat a lot in one day, say a big bowlful of the stuff five times a day. I'm 5'10 " , 150 lbs. But I just slice it and peel it and eat it, no preparation of any kind. And I generally eat all I want of one item before I move onto the next. Larry: For example, what raw vegetables do you eat?
