Hello all!

anecdotal because it's a data point of one: me! lol!

While I was in Target today picking up a WaterPik, I checked my blood

pressure and HR on one of those machines near the Pharmacy.

Prior to RF, I'd checked it ~ 3/9/04, and the numbers were BP: 120/74,

with a HR of 68 (all perfectly acceptable numbers, I guess, on SAD).

today, I checked it again, and the numbers were BP: 94/56, with a HR

of 58. (as I was walking away from the machine, I guess I hadn't

cleared my numbers, when I heard the male of a young couple who were

sitting on a bench just behind the machine, and at a 90 degree angle,

so they could see the readout also, exclaim: " No way...! "

Looks like my heart is having to work a lot less hard!

[and, for what it's worth, my weight and BMI have gone from 196 and

28.5 (overweight - down from an alltime high of Obese II, but more on

that later...) to 162 and 23.6 (normal). Don't have % body fat

comparisons readily available; I may dig them up sometime... it's still

quite a bit away from anything resembling 5-8%, I'm sure....recent

estimates, using Nurtidiary show it to have gone from about 21.5% in

mid-March (one month into mostly Frugivore) to about 17.9% April 21.

I'm pleased with the results my body and I are creating thus far.

(Bobo doesn't care! lol!]

and I know that a while ago someone had asked for Blood Work

comparisons; I have some pre-Raw, and I haven't had it checked since

going Raw...I may go get that done one of these days (I do the simple

finger prick, and get the blood sugar numbers....)

all the best,

Bob
