It is of course brilliant to hear your progress: TRULY. Have you tried making seed/nut milks? These are a little less of a burden on the system than using the whole nut in your smoothie.. For example you could have seed milk/strawberries/dates and soft greens. Bananas do tend to ferment more when their digestion is slowed down, The dates would offer you plenty of calories and " Yum " factor Or try bananas/seed milk but leave out the kale. chew on some celery afterward instead. Have you actually tried a smoothie without any nuts/seeds or kale? - How did you feel? - Just a thought.. Guest guest
Dear Kay. Thanky ou for your suggestions. I never objected to people promoting food combining here. What I objected to was people making fun of others to make a point. Please understand the difference. I don't see the difference you mention between nut milk and nuts. I mix the nuts with water to make nut milk. How is that different than using nut milk. Please explain. Thank you. Lane PS Just to be clear. I put almonds in a vita mix. I grind them into powder. I add water. I blend. Now I have almond milk. (it comes from the almonds, which were WHOLE before I ground them up to make milk.,_) I add dates to sweeten. I add bananas and then berries. then some sort of greens. yesterday was watercress. PPS Yes I have often made smoothies without nuts? Why do you ask? - korangeli rawfood Sunday, May 01, 2005 10:42 AM [Raw Food] Re: The last one on this, for Lynn. x rawfood , " lane lynn " <lanie@p...> wrote: > Thank you Kay and Bob too for your kind words.
