They are not so much more dense when they are fresh. Remove the water,

anything becomes more " dense. "

I am not actually enquiring as to how to eat them ! But thanx anyway.

I was wondering whether they are a " useful " (good) food to eat

reguarly.. They are so more dense than other dates.

They are a good source of carb calories; I know I have seen them recommended

if folks are having a hard time getting enough calories in their diets,

along with bananas.
