Guest guest
I'm mostly raw now and eating monomeals but have developed a horrendous rash. I didn't think I was allergic to anything but now have these big welts all over. My doctor wants me on medication but I think there's a better solution. Guest guest
I was raw for one year and got a horrible rash all over my body that lasted about a week. I think it was due to de-tox. Doc gave me steroid medication but I never took it. Now my skin feels totally different now, more tone, cleaner. I've heard other stories of going through the whole body rash when going raw. I think I remember that it takes like a four day rotation to figure out what food it might be if it is indeed an allergic reaction. and I'm not too sure about that.... not to sound stupid, but if you *stop* eating, does it, the rash, go away? and you haven't been near anything obvious like poison ivy, sumac, etc...etc..?? has the food been " organic " - trying to rule out chemicals... all the best, Bob
