(smile) OK...I am a grown adult and mother, and yet still always wonder if strange things will go bump in the night on Halloween! (But then again- I still like to believe there is a Santa Claus too! I managed to get myself a little " off course " today, with some emotional eating, and went toward just a few " nuts " , and we all know where that ended up: demolsihed my ratios for the day! fat reigned!
