Guest guest
Well, I am still alive, but still coughing and spitting and sputtering... Everyone around me is getting this mess.. so I feel this is more then cleansing... Hubby is now coming down with this crap... But I ahve to admit... being as raw as I can has helped get me through this faster..With less problems. hubby doesn't eat as I do and he seems to be feeling so much worse. I broke down and used niquil to help my coughing at night... and slept alot during the day which since he works, it is much harder for him to rest. He sleeps when he gets home and most of the night. Through the day I keep my trusty roll of toilet paper at my side to blow my nose... and that is often... Trying to stay away from any drugs during the day,...trying to keep surfaces clean and tissues from areas where we stay alot to keep germs down and from spreading... if indeed this is a germy thing... Continueing being raw... had gotten off for a bit due to not going to get groceries...but am restocked again.. for another few days... made a nice smoothie this morning of strawberries and oranges a banana and some spinach... the greens sure do add a nice touch and seem to make the smoothies crisper and fresher tasting... like a breath of fresh air.. Had to do laundry and when got groceries I had to drag them up stairs as I live on the second floor. huff puff... this crud.. has taken my breth away... was breathing ahrd after stairs and groceries... and chest hurt really bad.. guess I am not feeling as great as I thought... Sitting now with another smoothie... and eating an orange with it... head hurts.. eyes hurt.. might just lay down for a bit... hope everyone is having a blessed day!! it is a beautiful sunny 63 degrees here in Dallas, TX.. Sending warm sunny day wishes to tthose who are in rainy and cold climates...
