Interesting. I am going to France, Germany and the

Netherlands for two weeks on May 1... I am thinking of

maintaining a mostly raw diet and then going totally

raw when I return (since I am not 100 % raw right

now.) I noticed people chatting about a raw community

in Spain.... how about Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin?? I

plan on doing plenty of salades in Paris... but I also

know that I will want to have wine, beer, and the

occasional cooked meal while on vacation... if there

were raw choices I could choose them.... any

suggestions?

ps I am fine with waiting to try 100% until I get

back, since, well, you know, " When in Rome. " But once

I am 100 % raw I will have to imagine tools to eat raw

while traveling since I do so much of it.

Thanks so much!

Everyone has talent. What is rare is the courage to follow the talent to the

dark place where it leads.

I have heard the mermaids singing, each to each.

I do not think that they will sing to me.

I have seen them riding seaward on the waves

Combing the white hair of the waves blown back

When the wind blows the water white and black.

We have lingered in the chambers of the sea

By sea-girls wreathed with seaweed red and brown

Till human voices wake us, and we drown.

--T.S. Eliot
