There is no benefit in any of us judging or criticizing any of the others

among us. There is GREAT benefit in each of us feeling free and safe to

express his/her experiences, questions, etc. I support that for you, myself,

and all of us!

Best to all,

Hello everyone, well I am struggling at the moment - terrible cravings that

wont go - the taste of something savoury pulls at me.

I felt committed to raw and now I struggle, cant give myself a hard time -

I feel I am doing my best - not having much cooked or savoury but cant seem

to get the 100% again, every day there is a tiny " something " .

Hello Lynne. I too struggle with the savoury bit. The only time I can get back

on track is to spend time at home alone with no savoury around for a few days.

Also, a friend told me long ago when approaching any eating regimen, that it is

important not to feel deprived. I really take that seriously. Huge smoothies

start my day. You can always cut down later if you feel the need. Good luck,

Lane
