Guest guest
hello everyone! i am new to the group, as well as raw foodism. before becoming aware of the concepts of living foods and enzymes, my diet fortunately consisted of a strong deal of raw foods, with a large green salad and an abundance of fresh fruits consumed daily. unfortunately, there are also other toxic and empty eating habits along for the ride (soy products, refined snacks, alcohol). i've perused through a few books and many websites, and feel prepared to make the commitment to a raw diet. of the obstacles that i face, my addiction to tea (or the habit of taking in something hot and stimulating in the morning) may be the hardest to break, as i understand that tea is not accepted, correct? and exactly what is the consensus (if there is one) regarding medicinal herbs? for three consecutive days i have consumed two large glasses of green smoothies. visiting the fridge often. today, a bit constipated, very gassy. a sign of transition? or perhaps i am in error somewhere..... anyhow, thanks everyone for being here, your tales and wisdom and support have already made this a worthwhile commitment! tim
