Hi Don and all,

Wow, I never knew buckwheat was a fruit seed! What does the fruit look like?

Hi E and all,

Though E gave a very good answer, it does need just a small

re-clarification, buckwheat is not a true grain it is actually a fruit seed.

Please forgive me E for jumping in here, no offense intended.
