Hi Bill,

 

I too have been studying NVC!

 

Not sure what you mean by applying the yama's and niyama's of

yoga... but I am finding that there are many parts to

wellness/wholeness; and I find the NVC teachings to be helpful in

creating communication that suppports my beliefs and desires.

Hi tess and Bill.

 

yes NVC aka compassionate anarchism is realy self empowering stuff

for all life's needs and desires being satisfied and with that

fullfillment thus feeling positive emotions.
