AM [Raw Food] RE: Garlic

I am confused...(nothing new lol)I have always read in the past (usually in

association with the SAD diet) that Garlic is good for us; supposedly it is

really good for the heart, is what I remember specifically reading.)

When eating raw, does this factor change - or was it never true to begin

with??

Hi Joanie,

Bob's response, in a separate message, is right-on. And you've really raised

an additional question, namely: what is good for the heart?

Oxygen, water, physical activity, low-fat, zero-salt, zero-drugs,

zero-alcohol, zero-smoke. If you adhere to this list, your heart will do

just fine!
