St. Bart's Island Rest.

 

It turned out that she FAR EXCEEEDED my wildest expectations. I was

expecting maybe a nice salad, or a good fruit bowel, etc. Kelly,

the vegan pastry chef, had gotten really excited about the request,

and had prepared a raw course for each course that would be offered

to the other patrons. I had to order nothing, a complete meal came

out, one course at a time...
