Really nice explanation about fasting you shared! (Small detail, that's

glycogen in the muscles, not glucose, but I can't imagine many people care.

Because you've asked me, I'm keeping a watchful eye on your writings for

opportunities to refine and polish your perceptions. The foregoing excerpt

offers such an opportunity. I know you know what I'm about to say...I'm just

encouraging you to use what you know, you know? :)

 

Fasting will not " speed up the control of " candida or anything else, other

than in a short-term way (specifically, the duration of the fast). The body

heals itself, we do not heal or cure it.

 

Simply cut the fat, as Laurie and Tim have also suggested to you so

strongly, and the blood sugar problems (such as candida) will vanish rather

quickly. In your case, I suggest that you simply cut all " added fat " for a

month or so. By " added fat, " I mean nuts, seeds, oils, avocado (yes,

avocado!!), there is plenty of fat in the fruits and greens, for now.
