Guest guest
Hi there, I am just wondering how to calculate the raw percentage of a diet ... Is it the percentage of calories from raw? Or the quantity? when people say I am 80% raw for example! Thank you Claire

Guest guest
Claire, There is no " standard " for calculating percentage of raw food nor do I think it really matters other than for ego purposes. Most people probably go by weight though. I once heard someone say that they " are 85% raw " . They must have too much time on their hands to figure that out.
