Yes, I only eat whole fresh ripe raw organic (or better) plants. Usually

5/5/5 or better (simple smoothies, soups, salads). I'm getting closer

everyday to one food at a time, when I'm hungry until I'm full.

After ~10 months on the David Wolfe / Gabriel Cousins version of raw foods I

naturally gravitated towards Dr. Graham's teachings due to lethargy on the

high fat diet and poor performance in athletics.

I've been on this path for about 2 months now and could never go back. I

know its right for me because of productivity, energy levels and over well

being have sky rocketed but most importantly food is no longer an issue for

me. I don't even have to think about it anymore.

I love simplicity and how much money I am saving. Anyone else who is reading

this and eyes just popped out of their head with the money saving comment I

just made, consider this: I eat about a dozen bananas for breakfast which

costs me all of about $1 and supplies me with ~1500 calories. Half of a

watermelon (or the whole thing :)) or a flat of berries

- $5. Two heads of organic romaine or red leaf for dinner - $2. Throw in a

goodie or two with some low cal dressing. How much simpler or cost effective

can you get? For any newcomers - initially it can seem expensive but you can

save money and variety in your diet by purchasing what is on sale at your

whole foods market. Usually it is the good 'n ripe stuff that no one else

wants, go figure. Also discounts are available when you buy the whole 11 lbs

box of dates and 40-80 lbs of bananas. :) Lately I've been on a blended

banana-celery-strawberry-water craze. I can't wait - blueberries are coming

soon!

I don't mean to preach to the quire here, Elchanan, only giving my testimony

to anyone else going down a similar path as someone who has evolved from

consuming 1-2 grams of rotting animal flesh per lbs of body weight, to high

fat raw and then to 811.

Thanks! - Sean
