Guest guest Posted April 21, 2005 Report Share Posted April 21, 2005 Hello everyone, Yesterday I did not eat enough - I had food cravings last night which were awful and today my energy levels were very low. I sat in the sun for a little while and enjoyed that but really couldn't hardly walk about, I ate 4 bananas and then suddenly I felt interested in doing something in the garden! I am enjoying grapes and melon very much but I must keep up the banana numbers. So I am eating a couple of bananas before I have my grapes - this seems to work better for me. My energy level is never that good (smoking brought me to a standstill - so poorly with asthma - stopped 4 years ago but never recovered much and used all sort of inhalers which I have put in the dustbin) - I am learning to become active again - it is bit by bit - I have a step machine and I can only do 100 without becoming breathless and legs burning so I do it 3 times a day and I am gardening again - doing a bit more every day. Just for " fun " I went on to fitday and took stock of what I used to eat before raw - my levels now are around 88 - 7 - 5 Before raw they were 54 carb - 36 fat - 10 protein - no wonder I was piling the weight on!!
