Bob here again.. mono=one... monomeal - is eating only one item until satiated; with satiate meaning: " To satisfy (an appetite or desire) fully. " for instance, one could start off by eating just fresh, raw, ripe, organice bananas for the first meal of the day. eat one...see how you feel....eat another...see how you feel, making sure to " chew " each mouthful to a liquid consistency, to give the body a chance to mix in the salivary enzymes to start the digestive process.
