BIG apologies in Spelling Mistakes

I am so sorry when I type people's names incorrectly and then post it

out! SORRRRRRRRRY.

 

I have a little extra treat time on a p.c this week and seem to be

getting worse for typing so fast I dont realise I have made mistakes,

even when I read it back through!

 

And Elchanan - I believe I have been making an ongoing mistake. This

is unacceptable. Please forgive me.x

I am currently digesting the information you sent on emotional

eating; And I agree entirely.

The struggle is seeing what I am all about from my own perspective

and STILL feeling helpless over my mind, in huge ways.

I will get back to the group later on this one - (Quick Flood of

tears..!)

I didnt know whether it was " cool " to send you anything at VL?

Or realise that when replying member's coments I wasnt suppose to

address them directly, including yourself.
