Guest guest
I am going through some chest mess right now and am wondering how one can tell the difference between detox and real sickness... this has gone on a couple of days now and I sure feel like crap... coughing from deep in the chest... doesnt seem to ahve alot of congestion unless it just isnt moving... but enough to give that stupid rattle to tickle that makes you want to cough.. I ahve been trying to do the juice thing to help if it is detox and rest.. been sleeping most of today... is there a way to tell the difference?? trying so hard not to take asprin or cold meds... but ughhhhhhhh i feel awful... The body will not " self-destruct " , nor cleanse at a rate that will cause it, the body, harm. The purging may make us uncomfortable, and even *very* uncomfortable. (and yes, it sounds like you're uncomfortable....) If you felt *really* good sometime just before this started, I'd vote for detox. Others say that the bowels are a clue: if they're moving well, detox...otherwise, not. re: the aspirin and the cold meds - may stop the purging, since the body will now have to devote additional energy to fighting off the new poisons we've ingested, trying to alleviate oru concern about teh symptoms. They, the poisons, will actually make it worse in the long run. In the seven stages of disease, Enervation, toxemia, irritation, inflammation, ulceration, induration and cancer, this sounds like somewhere in the irritation/inflammation stage. The body will heal itself from the inside out, and from the top down, depending upon severity of the need. Sounds like the body has decided to clean up the lungs/respiratory area.. I've had good luck with drinking lots of distilled water, and getting lots of rest. recommend hanging in there, and coming out the other side. all the best, and good luck. Guest guest
I just went thru a detox period that lasted several days, and my bowels were not moving well at all. In addition to the constipation I had sinus headaches, insomnia, sore throat and fatigue. Finally, a skin breakout, which was the final clue. Then it all just went away and now I feel great, just buzzing with raw energy. swing --- Bob Farrell <rjf2 wrote: > Others say > that the bowels are a clue: if they're moving well, > > detox...otherwise, not.
