Guest guest Posted April 19, 2005 Report Share Posted April 19, 2005 Hello everyone, I was very curious when I came to the group (not so long ago) about what on earth could someone eat to be 100% raw. I find we have moved away a little from " set meals on plates " - we used to plough our way through a huge green salad with all sorts on the plate and we got fed up with it - now we are drinking it in a smoothie and then eating fruit afterwards as we feel like it - it was Nick that found it hard to get away from " having a dinner " but it seems to have been a natural progression. What I ate today; 11am; Melon (Half) 1.30pm; Grapes - large bunch sweet (yummy) 5pm; Smoothie; (very green & thick - stand your spoon up in! -Lovely taste) including ; lettuce spinach celery tomato onion apple honey for taste mushrooms Finish off with about 3 bananas & a few dates Lovely food 100% raw - good day - been out in the garden.
