Guest guest
Has their been research on people on the raw diet? I see there is a book about longevity and the Okinawa diet. It is said that they are the longest living people in the world. I also understand the Meditarranian diet is a healthy one. I do not see any research on anybody done in a medical sense on the raw diet. I understand there is one man, Dr. Walker, who lived a long and productive life. Yet, I have not seen where there are many people who have lived long lives due to raw foods. I also have not seen any documented medical research done on anybody who eats all raw foods. I am doing a school paper and am searching for info. Can anyone help me out in getting this type of information? Thanks. Maureen Plan great trips with Travel: Now over 17,000 guides! Guest guest
Check out the books Raw Knowledge and Raw Knowledge II by Paul Nison. He has interviews with several longterm, old raw fooders (80s and 90s). I'm not sure about longevity, but the thing about raw is that the quality of life goes up, no matter how many years you live. Healthier, more vibrant, lots of energy, less disease. swing --- maureen smith <maureensgardengrotto wrote: Yet, I have not seen where there > are many people who have lived long lives due to raw > foods.
