[Raw Food] Introduction & Message to the Moderator

My name is Kay Cruse; I have been introduced to this group by Laurie

Masters.

I have created an account at korangeli. However, I am a long term

Hotmail user and have tried to edit and send a message from my account

corangeli. Apparently I should be able to use this alternate

address for outgoing mail?...!

I am not very techno-minded and currently confined to using an internet

cafe; Please bear with me whilst I am getting use to the group facility. I

am unable to log on as frequently as those members who have a home/work p.c

Currently I am overwelmed with some huge personal issues; To cut a long-long

story short for the time being - Laurie has come as " an Angel " to assist me

in " answer to prayer "

I formerly spent considerable lengths of time with Loren Lockman at

Tanglewood Wellness Center in Maryland where I met Laurie's partner Dr.Tim

Trader, who was working there during one of my visits.

Laurie has spent a number of her very VALUBLE hours in offering me support;

She has fwd me some of the messages via the group and emailed me about her

friend Elchanan.

At this time I donot have alot of questions as I have a decent length of

history with rawfoods. It is my passion to overcome my current challenge,

return to the U.S and work with the natural hygiene movement. I am English

and currently living over here.

Laurie mentioned that Elchanon currently had a passion for input to this

group. I am not sure how it all works? I thought I would just get on and

introduce myself and see what happens from here...

I am familiar with fasting, having undergone a couple of three week stints

with Loren and then last year a four week fast on my own here in England -

where eating a raw food diet isnt quite so much " fun " !

I have gotten myself in a huge mess with life, so I am preparing for another

fast in about a month to six weeks time - for a duration that will suit my

weight when I begin (approx 2-3 weeks) Until then I will plod on with what I

know to do.

However, I donot want to miss out on any guidance from a professional should

I leave valuble questions till after my fast..?

Fasting sorts out all sorts of internal problems, also bringing me back in

touch with my body-mind-soul connection. Whilst there has been no miraculous

physical improvement in the past - I donot judge everything by that! I am

more aware that the focus should be on " building health instead of fixing

problems " (A quote from both Tim and Laurie in past times!)

The problem is, without explaining a long history of events, I am unable to

truly relate to a person exactly what is going on for me. I thought it best

to leave everything to nature for now and take enthusiasm by reading other

member's mail.

There may be more availability for my input to the group after fasting.

There are projects to complete at this time.

Namaste

Kay x
