[Raw Food] happy & well raw

Hello everyone,

I am well and I hope everyone else is too - I am enjoying my life and

enjoying being 100% raw and learning about my body. Starting to be able to

listen to my body to see how it feels - sometimes my body will still tell me

to over-eat and I know it isn't hunger now so I can say to myself just to

let go and be still.

My hair and skin are good - I haven' shampooed my hair since I first wrote

about not doing it - maybe 2 weeks - just using water and a little lemon in

the rinse and my hair feels so healthy and I have had compliments on how it

is looking as it seems to fall into place easier.

The salty taste is still with me to an extent - maybe not as much but it is

still there a little - quite unpleasant and I am spitting it if it gets too

much. The weight is falling off me - some of it may be in the salt/water

under the skin that Elchanan spoke of - if the salt is going then the water

must come away too, I presume?

But feeling good and healthy - looking forward to talking to Elchanan today

hopefully - I have questions again!!

Love Lynne

Wonderful and inspiring news Lynne!

To answer your question, yes, this is what the term " water weight " means.

The salt remains in solution, the brine is released into (eventually) the

urine and travels out. You " lose weight " as this occurs, and your hydration

actually begins to improve. This seems well-reflected in your skin, hair,

etc. Good hydration is really one of the primary keys to excellent health,

energy, and vitality.

Congratulations!

Elchanan
