Also curious about juicing something like Diakon radish Are our bodies designed to eat root veggies like Jicama? What about things like fenugreek sprouts and pea green sprouts? I have been loving the posts lately!! AWESOME! Thank you Elchanan for sharing your knowledge. I truly appreciate you! I have a question for Elchanan about Himalayan salt. If you read the book about Himalayan salt, can't recall the name of it at the moment, sorry! it states how our bodies need something like over 72 elements and that Himalayan salt has 72 of these much needed elements. They also talk about doing a daily salt brine recipe for hydration of the body. Is this true or just utter nonsense? I've been doing the Himalayan salt for a while now, but haven't done the brine yet. I have always been somewhat dehydrated even though I am a 100% long time raw foodist, drink lots of water, and eat water rich foods. I stay away from dried foods and dehydrated foods as well.
