Crispy Caesar Salad*

Freshly selected crispy romaine lettuce garnished with

red onions, juicy cherry tomatoes and freshly prepared

Caesar dressing.

 

5-Layer Living Lasagna*

Separate layers of sun-dried tomato marinara sauce,

ripe red bell peppers, oversized crimini mushrooms and

nut “cheese†sandwiched by thin slices of baby

zucchini “noodles†on a bed of spinach.

Embellished with basil, chili oil, hemp seeds, and

chopped flat leaf parsley.

 

Strawberry N' Cream Tart*

Handmade mini tarts comprised of a variety of nuts and

dried fruits filled with a zesty truly raw pistachio

cream topped with macerated freshly picked local

organic strawberry slices and a hint of lemon peel and

crushed pistachios.
