I know NOTHING about how this program works, what tools I'll need for beginning to make it successful and just how healthy is this way of eating anyway?? A little background on me: I became a Vegetarian back in September and two months ago went Vegan. To date I've lost 50 lbs and feel great. I still have another 30 to go before I reach my goal. My main goal is not only to loose weight successfully but to do it in a way to sustain maximum health benefits. I've heard a little about this from a few magazines and recently I saw Carol Alt on a talk show promoting her new book " Eating in the Raw " . She looked healthy and said it was the best way of eating she's ever done. I've had some other health issues and I'm hoping this might be a way to improve my overall health.
