Guest guest
Anyone familiar with Doug Graham's work-- can you give me an opinion on his--and Roz Gruben's-- new 6 DVD set ($199). I am wondering whether this would be a worthwhile purchase (seems spendy to me!). I would like to become more knowledgable about his approach to raw, but don't know about such an investment . . . thoughts? thanks! Guest guest
Of all the materials like this that I have come across so far, this set has definitely been the most worthwhile. It covers more territory than I have seen from other sources, and is of more professional quality than other products I have seen. It might be something where you would want to split the cost with a friend or two and share the set. Highly recommended. There are some materials I have purchased in the past that I would find myself hesitating to share with non-raw foodists, mainly because the quality is very poor, but I would have no hesitation showing this material to anyone; it is down to earth, clearly presented material. If you go to this site: http://www.foodnsport.com/FAQ.html you will find a good summary of Dr. Graham's take on raw food and natural hygiene. A lot of this is expanded upon in the DVD series. I also appreciated the chance to hear a lot of Roz Grubin's material...I had never heard her before, only about her. More second dates. Personals
