Hello everyone,

I am feeling good today - tummy is just about back to normal (still a

little " rumbling " going on!) - Nick and I had a lovely chat to Elchanan

this evening and we had some more of our questions answered and also

Elchanan shared his experience with us of how it was for him before he was

raw and also afterwards too in his early days. Thanks to you Elchanan.

We have taken the guidance of concentrating on the sweet fruits and getting

enough of them into us really to keep up our energy and also to stop the

slight dizzy feeling we were both experiencing from time to time - we are

leaving out the more fatty foods such as nuts and advocado for a few days to

see if our tummies settle more.

Emotionally we are both well and glad about what we are doing - letting go

of things like smoked tea (Nick) and eating out and adjusting to this new

way of living and eating.

The benefits of eating raw far outweigh the missed outings for meals - I am

so much better - I had pain nearly everywhere in my body before raw and now

I dont have any pain apart from my arm still.

Our social life together (Nick and I) was mainly going out for meals (Indian

& Chinese mainly) so we are having to rethink - I thought of going swimming

together and then realised that is out because of the chlorine in the water

- so we will have to have some new ideas!

It is early days but so good - the new slim me is being revealed slowly

(well quite quickly actually!) - I had three " wardrobes " - the fat one, the

medium one and the thin one which I hadn't visited for a long time! So I got

the medium box down from the loft today and most of the clothes in it fit

again so that is great - I look years younger too, even if I do say so

myself!!

Good to be alive, folks!

Love Lynne
