Guest guest Posted March 31, 2005 Report Share Posted March 31, 2005 Hello everyone, can anyone send me any details of how psoriasis may be helped by a raw food diet - I have a friend who is so ill with this condition and all the medication prescribed for her and I wanted to e-mail her some material to read that may convince her that raw is best. I have seen some mentions of psoriasis but I am afraid I dont know who sent them - i have read so much material lately. Guest guest Posted March 31, 2005 Report Share Posted March 31, 2005 I can only speak for myself, I don't know of any studies addressing this, but my own experience is that it cleared up significantly within days, and within a month, there were no signs of it at all.
