I am wondering esp. about recent news that we are lacking in omega 3, and I have been using flax oil/hemp oil on my salad to compensate. Can you elaborate on how you use fat in your diet? Also: I have a relative who is on the Hallelujah Acres diet while fighting cancer-- this diet is primarily raw, however, those with cancer are discouraged from using much (if any?) fruit in the beginning.
