So raw vegans are eating too much fat . . . (that would be me!)

can you explain where/what/when you have fat in your diet?

I am wondering esp. about recent news that we are lacking in omega 3, and I have

been using flax oil/hemp oil on my salad to compensate.

Can you elaborate on how you use fat in your diet?

Also:

I have a relative who is on the Hallelujah Acres diet while fighting cancer--

this diet is primarily raw, however, those with cancer are discouraged from

using much (if any?) fruit in the beginning.

What are your thoughts on cancer & fruit?
