I agree with Lane. Micki, I wholeheartedly encourage you to pursue whatever

inquiry suits you. I did not receive your inquiry as promoting eating of

animals, my sense is that this thought never crossed your mind one way or

the other. Rather, I perceive your inquiry as an attempt to begin sorting

through " all this stuff, " what is raw? what is this? what is that?

Rich, I have a request for you: would you be willing to allow the group

moderator(s) to moderate the group? That would serve me well, I cannot of

course speak for anyone else.

Best to all,

Elchanan

[Raw Food] Question Re: Supplement

From the description of the group on the home page: This group is

here to support people wanting to learn how to eat a Healthy Raw Food

Diet. Just because something is raw doesn't necessarily mean it is

the best thing for us. This group supports a Vegan Raw Food Diet.

Please don't come here trying to promote other diets.

I know you're new Micki so I don't want to discourage you from

posting here, just take this as information. But the raw food

lifestyle of a raw vegan means no animals or animal products (fish is

an animal if I need to clarify). Like I said, I hope you'll keep

posting here, but there are raw food forums on that promote

animal raw foods too, if you find that helpful.

I just make whatever comments strike me at the time. Tough love is

the only way I can handle this diet. And I see nothing wrong with

the group moderating itself. Of course, you didn't mention my post

where I admitted I misread her post.
