Although I'm a published author (Rochester Institute of Technology paid me for my book), perhaps I have written something to the list that I should not have written. I thought I only had written to see if a supplement I use was acceptable in a raw food lifestyle. Thanks in anticipation of your enlightenment. Guest guest
Oh, okay, I get it. I didn't make the connection between supplement and SeaCure. I thought you were talking about eating whitefish. As Gilda Radnor said, " Nevermind. " And I don't have any opinion on supplements, vitamin pills and things. I don't take any. But when I have taken things like aspirin or cold medicine, I have no problem with that. So I suppose taking medical pills of any kind is okay in a raw vegan diet. Just from the spirit of the thing though, I don't think I'd be comfortable taking a pill that I knew had animal product in it. But I don't think it would throw me off regular vegan raw food eating either. How's that for enlightenment? rawfood , Micki Nesbit <aroo2u@f...> wrote: > Rich, > > > Please don't come here trying to promote other diets. > > How have I done this?
