Cracks on sides of mouth

Hi,

I'm new to this group and to raw foods. But I have been a

vegetarian for the past 20 years.

I did a 15 day cleanse with the Master Cleanser (lemonade diet) and

decided to go 50 - 80% raw after I came off of it, which is for the

past 10 days. So what I eat is either fresh fruit juice (I have a

juicer) or fresh fruit for breakfast. Lunch and dinner each consist

of a large raw green salad and a cooked starch (mostly sprouted

wheat bread) with either cooked or raw vegetables, but the meals are

predominantly raw.

For the past couple of days I've developed painful cracks on the

sides of my mouth. When researching it, I found that the cracks

might be a B-2 deficiency - but that doesn't make sense with the

amount of green leafy foods I'm eating. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

Brenda
