Guest guest Posted March 24, 2005 Report Share Posted March 24, 2005 Hi Indy again, I dont even need to eat to eat that stuff, but in the time that I am experiencing incredible " sugar " cravings that I cannot control, at least I do have something of " somewhat " healthiness to fall back on, rather than the usual sugar filled crap food. _____ " Sugar cravings " arise for various reasons and may not even be sugar cravings at all. But the most common physical cause (i.e., setting aside emotional causes) for a sugar craving is a fuel shortage in your body: you may simply not be consuming enough fuel. But how to tell whether this is the case? When you experience such a " craving, " try and notice what is happening inside you just before the craving. Are you thirsty first, then the craving? Do you begin feeling a bit sluggish or tired just beforehand? Do you experience some sort of emotional downturn just before the craving? And so on. If you can begin to notice, to observe yourself more keenly and precisely at these times, and if you choose to share what you observe, then we can look more deeply into the cause(s) of the cravings themselves. For the solution lies there, not in making cacao beans more palatable or deciding whether agave nectar is or is not raw.
