Guest guest
O.k it has been 4 days raw and the cravings are starting to finally dissipate thankgoodness. However today I received my order for: " Cacao Nibs " from rawfood.com. I tasted them and they were " very " bland, however I could taste the resemblance to chocolate, albeit without all the added sugar. To make them more palatable, I added a date and a few drops of: " Agave Nectar " Are these things bad to add and eat???? The date is dried and I presume still raw to a point, but I am still wondering about the " Agave Nectar??? " Anyway, I ate approximately a quarter of a cup (if that) and decided I wanted something like this available to me, if I get incredibly strong cravings for something sweet like chocolate or similar. I would appreciate any feedback. Blessings, Indiana.
