I just got an Excalibur dehydrator. I am wondering where is a good

source for recipes.

Anyone have suggestions?

_____

I don't use dehydrators, but virtually every RF book and recipe web site

includes at least some dehydrated recipes.

I suggest beginning by dehydrating several foods one at a time. For example,

dehydrate some (fairly thick) tomato slices, some broccoli or cauliflower

florets and stems (peel the broccoli stems first with any standard vegetable

peeler), that sort of thing. These are amazingly good and take almost no

effort.

As always, remember please that anything dehydratED is dehydratING inside

you.
