Guest guest
All the promises you make to yourself won't work until you're truly ready. That's been my experiene and I'm sure it's been everyone's experience. All I can do is encourage you to stay 100% raw one day at a time and begin to accumulate some time. There's going to be a million twists and turns that you're going to go through emotionally and they just all have to be felt and keep moving to a higher level of peace about this diet. That's my experience, obviously, and I just have to know that there's so much more to be gained out of life every day I stay 100% raw consecutively. rawfood , Ravyne Hawke <ravyne_hawke> wrote: > Congrats Rich!! What an awesome milemarker you have just crossed. I will be so glad when I can finally say I have had my first whole day raw. I almost made it Sunday, but ended up eating a small amount of my husband's stirfry veggies and then went to bed that night with what felt like a rock in my stomach! uggggsssss! I will definitely NOT do that again. Only raw before bedtime for now on! > > Ravyne
