Guest guest
Greetings everyone, Well it is my 4th day of all organic and completely raw foods. I am sneezing a lot and of course I have little or no energy and headaches as all the poisons and crap come out into my system What I am currently eating is usually 1/2 glass of wheatgrass in the morning, followed by a couple of oranges and oranges and some papaya throughout the day. I am eating a lot of oranges as I brought a big box of them!! I also have apples, mandarins and banana's at hand as well. At dinner time I make my usual big salad and have the dressing of plain lemon juice squeezed over it and thats it. I would appreciate any feedback as to what I could incorporate or take out of what I am currently eating. Hopefully when I get back into the gym next week, I can still remain and stay eating just raw organic fruit and vegies. Blessings and thanks in advance, Indiana. Guest guest
I'm no expert, just using my life experience to answer you. Sounds like you need to rest. When i feel tired and get headaches I rest because that is what my body is signaling me to do. To decide what is right to eat/drink. Take each food, examine is, like a monkey would. Sniff it, smell it, lick it, then if it passes the test from all the senses take a small bite, if you wish to eat the food at that time, ENJOY! Another reason for being tired, Food combining and overeating will cause the body to work harder to digest & tire you out. rawfood , " Goddess Indiana " <goddessindiana@m...> wrote: > > > Greetings everyone, > > Well it is my 4th day of all organic and completely raw foods. > > I am sneezing a lot and of course I have little or no energy and > headaches as all the poisons and crap come out into my system > > What I am currently eating is usually 1/2 glass of wheatgrass in the > morning, followed by a couple of oranges and oranges and some papaya > throughout the day.
