I do hope you are not experiencing much pain. In any event, if you can

possibly avoid pain meds, I encourage you to do so.

 

Is it a clean break? Where on your arm? (if you can even answer)

Yes, from what you say there are probably emotional issues at work here,

more than physical, although the effects will certainly show up

physically.

Here is a place to begin: when you notice yourself just beginning to crave

a

soda or cooked food, try and also notice whatever you were feeling,

imagining, experiencing (even in memory), etc. just before the craving

occurred. If you begin to focus in this way, it's likely you will notice

one

or more patterns coming up over and over. then we can address those!

hi. ty. hurts. i take arnica, and tylenol. jagged fracture at top of arm just

under ball that goes in socket of shlder. using sling. bone in place. luckily.

no surgery. no serious drugs. i fell forward, on road, hit chin, bruise, tooth,

lip and nose, abrasions there. dislocated left shoulder but it went back in.

whew i typed. took long. lane
