To the person who inquired about the 2nd interview:

Personnally I've been there, and found no such requirements. You really don't

even have to bring it up as a discussion topic if you don't want. Depending on

the restaurant you can certainly find dishes that don't have meat in them.

Where you don't have to say hold the meat. But even so. On my interview they

took me to a steak house and I ordered mashed potatoes and a vegetable. They

noticed that I didn't select meat. I told them that I was a vegetarian and

basically they just mentioned something like....I know XYZ person who is also

vegetarian. End of discussion really.

We ate our meals, talked about my background and experience, discussed the

position, the company etc. I find that when people take you out on a lunch

interview it's usually because they want to get to know you better than just the

questions they are required to ask, and they want to see if they could get a

long with you. So focus your energies on matching their energy, getting to know

them, and overall YOU are also interviewing them. Because you want the job, but

you also want to know if you'll enjoy working with them.

So don't be nervous about you health preference, practice your questions, etc.

and Go for it.

WHere can I get more info on the way that you are suggesting that we eat?

I am interested in learning all I can.

Yes, food is a social issue. even here at thome with a large family my husband

myself and 5 children I am the only one NOT on SAD lifestyle and I am trying to

woe my family this direction. =)

For me to say only fruit and veggies would cause me to lose the battle at the

beginning. =(

(Just being honest about where I am at)

THANK YOU so much for all your input and taking the time to share with us !

Sharie
