Guest guest
The most fundamental items to eliminate are close to those you've already listed: animals foods (meat, dairy, eggs), ALL grains (not just wheat), soy, refined sugar, and salt. Be advised of two things, however: 1. Her body will cleanse, and she may be quite uncomfortable. She will find PLENTY of doctors ready to prescribe things that will block these " symptoms " at the drop of a hat. So unless SHE is committed, I suggest that you nor impose your ways on her. 2. If she really does forego meat, dairy, eggs, and grain, her caloric intake will plummet. You will then be faced not with questions of what to give up, but what to ADD in place of the items given up. So be ready to go, you cannot leave a time lag between the giving up and the new choices.
