Guest guest
hi eveyone, i was wondering if you guys have any suggestions of foods to include/avoid or supplements to take for my friend who is pregnant? Shes not raw and i would love to take this opportunity to introduce her to this amazing lifestyle. So far i have suggested she remove soy, dairy, wheat, and gluten. I dont think she eats meat either....anyway, how ever you guys can help would be great! thanks so much for your time...michelle --- " INFO @ Vibrant Life " <VLinfo wrote: > Hi there, > > I looked at your last link, <http://nat.crgq.com/> > http://nat.crgq.com/. > Recommend either Nutridiary or FitDay over this by > far.
