Hi all,

I have been lurking for quite some time (many moons) and thought I'd

introduce myself finally. My name is bay and I live in Santa Cruz,

California which is about 70 miles south of San Francisco (and very

close to Elchanan - hi). I have done two short stints of 95+% raw.

One 10-day and the other a month (the short one). I am now eating

only about 50% raw and am working on recommitting to 95% - 100%.

 

I found this website about pesticides and though some of you might

like it. You can create a virtual salad and see what pesticides

you're eating with it if you choose non-organic.

Hi bay, I just thought I'd check in here. Good luck with the raw

eating. I enjoy it, I'm raw again today, all day. Been munching on

my produce as I go about my fun, fun, fun activities. I had to buy

more food today, took care of that, I love those produce shops.

 

As far as pesticides go, I wanted to go somewhere where I know they

have organic celery but I couldn't go, I'd already bought enough at

the produce store I mentioned.
