Distilled water. RO will NOT take fluoride out of the water. However, make

sure you buy a distiller or you will be drinking some plastic form the

container

how or where to get the cleanest water??

Correction! Only RO, Distilled and AA (activated alumina medium) filters

remove fluoride. The reason why RO is better for you than Distilled is NOT

because Distilled leeches minerals from you (that just is not true) it is

because it removes the toxins, but with a calcite post filter you can add

back the beneficial minerals unlike distilled. Distilled is very acidic

(pH) as well as RO, but with RO, like I said, you can raise the water pH

back to 7.0.
