thoughts plz ?

I have a couple questions.

First what are the thoughts on tanning beds?

I HATE winter I HATE not being in the light - I grew up in Florida and

have yet to adjust to the midwest! That is where I am and it looks

like we are here for an extended period of time, so I need to make

some adaptions, so that I do not spend part of the year gloomy and

depressed.

 

 

Also can anyone please tell me why it is we need to avoid nuts after

fasting and would this include coconuts?

Hey there Sharie....*waves*

 

I personally dont like tanning or tanning beds, so I am not sure if

this will be much help. However, I love to go and get the occasional

spray on tan which is brilliant, but only lasts a little over a week

and costs quite a bit. If I was determined to have a constant tan, I

would find a really good spray on tan or one of those that you can

put on yourself.

 

I would also get out in the sun for maybe half an hour or less

everyday to get that good feeling and the vitamin D etc and to ward

off any depression or the like.

 

As for the nuts, I am sorry I cannot answer that for you, however

someone else will be able to.
