Guest guest
Greetings to you again Elchanan!!, I dont know if this would be of any interest to you Elchanan, but I would be willing to pay for someone to put a food programme together for me. What I want to know is how to lose weight, whilist going to the gym. I could tell you everything I ate or are doing at the gym and if you were interested, I would pay for you to work out a raw food regimen that would allow me to lose weight, stay healthy and have plenty of energy etc. I would want to know how much raw food I can eat, how often to eat it and what I would have to eat in order to make sure that I did receive all the nutrients I need. The trouble with the salad is that it is so big and I get so full so easily eating it and I just want to sleep afterwards!! I only put lemon juice as a dressing on it today and bypassed the oil and ume vinegar. I am also going to post a page that I found on all the herbs that supposedly stop cravings and give you energy etc. I would love to hear your thoughts on these and if you know for certain if any of them actually work etc. Anyway many blessings to you.
